As an In-House Volunteer, you become the face of the House for our guests.  You provide a safety net to families who need support.  You are here to make their lives just a little bit easier.  By helping guests check in and out, keeping the House sparkling, and baking goodies (among other tasks), you do wonders to create a warm, caring atmosphere for families to help them through tough times.  Our families appreciate your support and smiles more than you know:

The House is staffed by volunteers from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. 7 days a week. Volunteers usually work one three-hour shift per week. We ask our in-house volunteers to make at least a one-year commitment to volunteer here.  But, many of our volunteers have been here since the House opened in 1993. That's because once they see the magic here, they don't want to leave.
