We partner with Rockford Health Systems to provide medical and dental services aboard the Care Mobile to children in the counties of: Boone, Lee, Ogle, Stephenson, and Winnebago.
From 2003 through 2008, we've provided free medical and dental services valued at more than $797,000 to 3,872 children in these 5 counties.
