Ronald McDonald House Charities of Madison announces Stephanie Hayden as the new Executive Director

Leadership focused on moving the mission forward to positively impact children and their families. 

Stephanie Hayden begins her role as the Executive Director for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Madison (RMHC-Madison) TODAY!

“On behalf of the entire RMHC-Madison Board of Directors, I would like to congratulate and welcome Stephanie,” said Nick Shutwell, President of RMHC-Madison Board of Directors. “We look forward to the skillset Stephanie will bring to the Executive Director role as a mission-driven, community-minded professional with experience in philanthropy, nonprofit management, and strategic planning.”

Stephanie is joining RMHC-Madison from Total Administrative Services Corporation (TASC), where she served as the Engagement and Communication/Strategic Philanthropy/Community Investment Advisor. Stephanie brings more than 15 years of experience in senior-level positions as a nonprofit executive, corporate giving manager, and communications professional.

“I am committed to advancing RMHC-Madison’s mission to create, find and support programs that directly improve the health and well-being of children and their families through collaborative relationships that develop a diverse culture of giving,” said Stephanie Hayden. “My experience reflects my passion for improving the lives of families, and I look forward to leading the organization to achieve results through building relationships rooted in a shared vision.”

Stephanie will be able to spend a couple of weeks alongside our current Executive Director, Kelly Ruppel, before Kelly moves on to her new endeavor.

RMHC-Madison will host a meet and greet for community and philanthropic partners to introduce Stephanie in early 2023.
